WorldatWork is currently involved in analyzing and defining the makeup of the executive compensation practice. This will aid them in the design of future educational and credentialing programs which will be beneficial to the profession. I have been asked to help get the word out and inform qualified executive compensation professionals that they should consider participating and complete the Practice Analysis Survey. The survey asks you to rate the tasks that you define as most important to the executive compensation practice, based on your personal experience.
